Culture change can only happen when everyone who makes up the school community - young people, parents/carers, teachers, support staff & senior leaders - are all involved in shaping that culture and have ownership over it.

Emoco aims to provide schools with support and expertise in embedding a culture of well-being to help make sure even more schools can enjoy holistic wellbeing. We offer three packages of support to do this to fit different levels of capacity and budget:

Emoco Bronze:

Two facilitated whole-school meetings with representatives of young people, parents/carers, staff, and SLT, exploring the culture of well-being and brainstorming ideas of what it could look like in tyour school.

Analysis and short report with recommendations.

Resource pack for embedding a culture of wellbeing.

Virtual feedback meeting with SLT.

Emoco Silver:

Six facilitated co-production sessions per academic year.

Remuneration for participants (£20 gift card per session, managed by Emoco.)

Ongoing support to design and deliver a Big Wellbeing Conversation event in school to harness the insights of the whole school community.

Analysis and detailed report with actionable next steps.

Two strategy meetings with SLT/governors to embed learning.
